Here is day 2 Bantu knot out hair. 😍
I have been relaxing my hair since I was 12 years old. The last couple of years I haven’t been able to get me curls back. The roots would be wavy then the bottom straight. Did I loose my curls for good? Did all the relaxing damage my hair?
Then I came upon Bantu knot outs. Now look at my results. I just started doing this but I like it so far. I will keep you updated if my natural curls comes back.
I’m no expert but I think I did very well shopping on the healthier side. I kept in mind Lean meats, veggies and fruits 🐣🐓🍌🍋🍆
What do you do to stay on track?
I started to working out three days ago. I wasn’t able to get through 4 sets of 80lbs leg press. Today I couldn’t get up at 5am from the soreness. But I know tomorrow is a new day. Getting started is the hardest. I did it two years ago on this fitness journey to a sexier me, I can’t give up now! The best is yet to come…
